To see a room fill up with over 100 women that came together with like minds and spirits, to workout for a cause was an incredible thing to behold. To get to share about our work with this captive audience two weeks ago was such a gift. Lindsey had an internal goal of raising $5000 and blew the top off by raising just over $7000! She got an even bigger venue (thanks 514 studios!), packed it full with even more women and vendors, and co-led a really fun barre strong HIIT workout with Lee. To say it was a huge success is an understatement. So two weeks ago on February 18th Lindsey, Lee from Fit Foodie Finds, Stacie from The Read Food Dietitians, and a few other amazing women hosted their 2nd annual Fit for Her Minneapolis event. Today's guest shares practical healthy holiday tips of how to Nourish our soul & our body, Move often and Love those around us well. Fast forward 6 months and Lindsey was already planning event #2! It's the most wonderful time of the year Or is it This mini series will help you simplify your holidays to do more of what matters and less of what doesn't. The music was pumping, the food was delicious, and incredible connections were made. We packed the space full of women, yoga mats, and amazing women-owned small business owners. Last April, Lindsey put together a team of amazing women to help her host her first Fit for Her Minneapolis event. And she brought it to life, far better than I could have ever imagined. NML is a health and fitness lifestyle site devoted to helping women create a lifestyle and body they love. Little did she know that in the back of my mind I had been dreaming up what “fit for her” could mean. We are so excited to welcome today’s guest Lindsey Bomgren, who is the fitness-loving content creator behind Nourish, Move, Love (NML). She was so excited about the ways she could use her gifts and talents to bring clean water and hygiene education to the women and children we work with. The first time I talked to Lindsey, she already had a game plan. Lindsey Bomgren of Nourish Move Love is one of those special people.
